The first time I made a quesillo was a real disaster, I wanted to follow the recipe of my aunt who was a genius of quesillos. With time and perseverance, I succeeded, and created a venture with this dessert. Today I have dared to play with flavors, I have tried many ingredients for my quesillos, and the coffee with cinnamon is one of the best. But this mixture with bread, and punch, honestly is wonderful. That ingredient gave it more of a Christmas touch.
