Hello, coffee lovers! I hope you're all doing well. Today, I woke up a bit late because my son was having trouble sleeping. He kept waking up, telling me he felt hot and had aches. I had to tend to him while he cried nonstop, making it impossible to get any quality rest. On top of that, my back was aching from carrying him from one room to another.

But when I finally got up, there was one thing I could look forward to—my coffee! I checked the time, and it was already 11:30 AM. Since my husband was home, I decided to take advantage of the moment and visit our friend's restaurant, a local Indian Muslim spot we love. It's called a "Mamak restaurant" here, and it serves fresh, flavorful dishes.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of freshly cooked Indian food. I knew exactly what I wanted—a hearty lunch with a comforting cup of coffee- tarik (a traditional pulled coffee). I made my way to the counter, where I could pick out my meal. I chose crispy fried chicken and lamb curry—delicious! The flavors were perfect, and the food really helped ease the tiredness from my rough morning.

After enjoying that satisfying meal, I sipped on my comforting coffee, which added the final touch to my day. With a full belly and the warmth of coffee, I felt ready to take on whatever came next. It was exactly the kind of pick-me-up I needed to turn the day around.

I' am grateful that I' am appreciated, anyway we just need to find out where can we complement our self in simple way, myself I need coffee to start a day, then in evening if I need to breath of feel like rewarding myself for the hard day I face and settled I need a cold beer, as simple as like that we don't need to be grand all the time. complementing ourselves in humble way we will discover more about our self.

I love your perspective on self-care,@anlizapasaje1234!It's so true that we don't need grand gestures to feel good.Simple pleasures like a morning coffee or an evening beer can be incredibly rewarding.Finding those little things that bring us joy and help us unwind is a powerful way to connect with ourselves. It's also a great reminder that self-care doesn't have to be complicated.Sometimes the simplest things are the most effective.

Exactly, the only can healed our inner pain and suffering its also our own self, we can't find to someone else, self-connection is enough, the behalf is when we so much we want to share. I be 40 years old on october of this years I been here in this world I have so much of realization in life, I have experience nothing and something I can have any wine or stake anytime I want. and today I' am in the middle that I had a humble life style to have a stake need to save to have it, But I' am so contented this period of my life. so relax and unwind this is life, that if you got extra you have to worried to spend and treat your self. life is so easy and simple.
