Hello, coffee friends!
A while back, I mentioned that my best time to drink coffee is when I do it with friends. And, if you ask me to choose, I prefer going to the coffee shop in the morning.
I usually meet up with my friends around 11:00 am at Café Real, my favorite. By that time, we're already ahead on work and it's almost noon.
Without realizing it, we've created this ritual, which could almost be considered a coffee ceremony. Every day, the first person to arrive from Café Real has more time and announces that they're open and that the bartender we like is there; or the next person, who isn't bad at it, but it's not Julio.
Julio is undoubtedly the one who makes the best cappuccinos and cortaditos. Julio knows how each of his customers likes their coffee.
He even surprises us from time to time with a few surprises in the café, like this paloma made with cinnamon.
That was the cappuccino he made us yesterday, when we were celebrating my stepson's good grades. My wife and I decided to treat him, and there's nothing better than going to his favorite place too.
So I think there are plenty of reasons to choose the morning and share coffee with friends and family.
There are many other reasons to choose the daytime as the best time to drink coffee. We can talk about morning coffee, cappuccino, and a cortadito with bread for breakfast.
We can also choose the morning because it's the coolest time of day (since nighttime doesn't count, after all, it's been a great time for many coffee drinkers).
There are many reasons to choose the morning. But no matter what time of day it is, the important thing is to sit down and share a cup of coffee with friends. That's the best time, without a doubt.

Hace un tiempo comenté que mi mejor momento para beber café, es cuando lo hago con los amigos. Y, si me piden elegir, prefiero ir al coffee shop en las mañanas.
Normalmente me reúno cerca de las 11:00 am con mis amigos en el Café Real, mi preferido. A esa hora ya adelantamos el trabajo y estamos cerca del mediodía.
Sin proponernos hemos creado este ritual que bien podría considerarse casi como una ceremonia del café. Todos los días el primero que llega del Café Real ya más resto y anuncia que ya está abierto y que está el bartender que nos gusta; o el otro, que no es que lo haga mal, pero no es Julio.
Sin duda alguna Julio es el que mejor prepara los capuchinos los cortaditos. Julio conoce cómo le gusta el café a cada uno de sus clientes.
Incluso, nos sorprende de vez en cuando con algunas sorpresas en el café, como esta paloma hecha con canela.
Ese fue el capuchino que nos preparó ayer, que estábamos celebrando las buenas notas de mi hijastro. Mi esposa y yo decidimos agasajarlo y nada mejor que ir también a su lugar preferido.
Así que creo que sobran las razones para elegir la mañana y compartir café con las amistades, con la familia.
Hay muchas otras razones para elegir el día como mejor momento para beber café. Podemos hablar del café de la mañana, del capuchino y el cortadito con pan a modo de desayuno.
También podemos elegir la mañana por ser el momento más fresco del día (ya que la noche no cuenta porque después de quitar el sueño a más de un cafetero).
Hay muchas razones para elegir la mañana. Pero no importa el momento del día que sea, lo importante es sentarnos a compartir un café con las amistades. Ese es el mejor momento, sin duda alguna.
