When the colors begin to change, I really enjoy seeing how the landscapes become so vibrant. Under the glow of the sun, there is such a wide range of colorful features that can be captured. I also find it a nice challenge to get the most out of these photos, both when I choose my settings to get a good exposure and when I process the images later. I always shoot in RAW so that I can get the most image information to work with; it really gives me much more latitude in editing. Sometimes when you make a mistake, having the RAW image file will help you correct it much more than if you shot in just jpeg format. I find it to be an important part of photography to be able to really get the most from your creativity.
