Hello, welcome to my blog. Hope you are enjoying your weekend? So far, mine has been an amazing one and I hope it ends well. Yesterday was the 2nd Aba Hive Meet Up and it was as exciting and memorable as always. I'll drop the details later. For now, the focus is on the Friendlymoose Photocontest New Round - Repetition.
During the last year's children's day here in my region, my organization, held a children's day rendezvous for the kids in my city. It was held at one of the kid's pleasure parks in my city, Oomne Event Center & Kids Pleasure Park located at Oomne drive, Osisioma, Aba, Nigeria.
It was a memorable day for everyone. There were lots of exciting games and the kids had the fun of their lives.
There was the shark pool slide, the tree house slide and the treasure house for kids below 4 years.
The shark slide was for kids above 7 years, but I tell you even kids below that age dared climbing it.
They couldn't get enough of the sliding as they all took turns in the fun. They would climb up the stairs and slide down, emerging from the shark's mouth.
At a point, I wished I could go back to being a kid again so I can join in the fun. Lol.
Well, taking some pictures with the shark pool slide was enough consolation. I can't miss out entirely. 😂
However, some kids were actually afraid of going near it as they felt that it was going to swallow them. The shark actually looks real with it's mouth widely open that has water gushing from it, and the sharp-like pointed teeth, a unique design of repetition. Even the body parts has repetitive patterns and colors.
One cried hysterically and refused taking pictures with it, even with the mom and siblings beside him. Who wouldn't be after hearing the story of Jonah and the shark, Lol.
The tree slide and the treasure house also showcase some aspect of repetitive patterns and colors on them.
