Birds are animals that have always captivated humanity, as their ability to fly is one of the skills that man has most desired and through which their inventiveness has led to great inventions such as airplanes and also parachutes, paragliders, or more recently, for more daring men and women, personalized rockets.

One of the great mysteries we might ask is how this small bird, a canary in that photo, or other animals, can touch electric fences without suffering any harm.

Electricity always seeks the path of least resistance to complete a circuit. When a bird perches on a single wire, it doesn't provide a path for the current to flow to ground, where the circuit would be completed.
For a bird to receive an electric shock, it would have to simultaneously touch two wires with different electrical potentials, or a wire and ground.

Las aves son unos animales que siempre han cautivado a la humanidad, ya que su capacidad para volar es una de las habilidades que el hombre a deseado mas y por la que su inventiva a logrado sacar grandes inventos como aviones y también los paracaídas, parapentes o últimamente para hombres o mujeres mas arriesgados, los cohetes personalizados.

Uno de las grandes misterios que podemos preguntar es como esta pequeña ave que en esa foto es un canario u otros animales pueden tocar cercos eléctricos sin sufrir ningún daño como lo hacen.

La electricidad busca siempre el camino de menor resistencia para completar un circuito. Cuando un ave se posa en un solo cable, no proporciona un camino para que la corriente fluya hacia tierra, que es donde el circuito se cerraría.
Para que un ave reciba una descarga eléctrica, tendría que tocar simultáneamente dos cables con diferente potencial eléctrico, o un cable y tierra.
