When i first heard about this local seasoning i wondered how it will look like and what the taste would be. The first day i was told to go look for it as one who doesn't know what it looks like, i moved about the entire market looking for it and when the last person i asked in the market said she had i wanted to confirm it so i told her to bring it, i took a picture of it and sent to the person who asked me to buy it.
Most people familiar with this seasoning is the Yoruba as it is what they make use of in preparing their ofada. A pepper stew they appreciate more. I taste this food and i feel for it. Since then i have been looking for this local ingredient called locust bean. As i couldn't find it after searching for days i decided to make my own stew without it. I tell you, it tasted nothing compared to when it added to it.
Our actions of improper garbage disposal bring daily damage to our planet. Let's please play a meaning role in dispose our waste to avoid harm.
