Hello friends of Hive, this is a pencil artwork I made of recent. I saw the picture reference on Pinterest and I derived a meaning from the picture. As the artist that I am, I felt the need to give it a pencil work.
There are many interpretations to this masterpiece and some of them are:
Mental and Emotional Healing: A bandaged head can imply mental or emotional wounds, not just physical ones. Butterflies might signify the healing of the mind and spirit, suggesting that despite past traumas, there is potential for psychological recovery and growth.
Butterflies suggest a feeling of being nervous or excited despite being hurt or in a difficult situation which is the Bandaged Head representation. This masterpiece can also highlights the complexity of human emotions, where one can feel both anticipation and discomfort simultaneously.
Generally, it symbolizes healing, which is something we all have to do so as not to bleed on those who didn't cut us.

The used instruments were Graphite pencils (4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 4B 6B and 9B), ruler, sketchpad (A4- 80gms) and tissue paper for blending.
