Hello people of hive.
I visited a market in the city of El Ejido in Spain. I love to discover markets when I am traveling. I want to see what the locals are selling or what is trending in there country.
And I am always curious about the cost of some products. And if I see the prices on markets, I always wonder why people still by there stuff in the supermarkets.
I love garlic and this was my favorite stand. in the Netherlands this would be packed in a plastic nets.
Bags full of all kinds of beans, nuts and grains ect. You will never see something like this in the Netherlands. I love this.
We doe have stands with olives with all kinds of different herbs and spices but never this much and this cheap.
I wish I was a kid growing u in Spain. look at all those sweets.
I forgot to take good pictures of the herbs and spices shop. I bought a lot of fresh herbs to take home with me. I do have a pictuer of the soap and fragrances stand.
They had some good knifes here but that's not aloud to take with me in the plane. I only had a carry on with me.
And of cours a big part of the market was full of cloths, shoes and fabrics. I bought a nice shopping bag here. but I didnt take a picture of it.
My favorite on thing in Spain is lemonade, or slush ice with the taste of real lemon. i was so excited that I saw this that I totally forgot to take a picture of my cup when it was still full.
