Yes!! but green tea is also good... I think if you are looking for a healthier drink you can choose either... maybe not preferring black tea though =P
I finished a black tea months ago, then like last week I bought from that shop green tea with bergamotto after seeing your other post 😅
That's a healthy decision! I think we are in a age that we start to assess our daily routines...what we can change to fight more the problems coming? I started using much more sunscreen for example just recently !
