Nos encontramos con la comunidad Cripto de Valencia en el Bitcoin Pizza Day [Esp-Eng]

Hoy, como siempre, comparto con ustedes mi participación en el Bitcoin Pizza Day en Valencia, organizado por la comunidad cripto de Valencia y en colaboración con muchos patrocinadores. La cita fue en el Club NFT de ZAVOO, un lugar donde el ambiente y la decoración son magníficos.

Para quienes no conocen la historia, el Bitcoin Pizza Day conmemora una de las primeras transacciones comerciales conocidas con Bitcoin. El 22 de mayo de 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz pagó 10,000 bitcoins por dos pizzas de Papa John’s. En aquel entonces, esa cantidad de bitcoins valía apenas unos dólares, pero hoy en día equivaldría a millones.

Esta anécdota se ha convertido en una fecha emblemática en la comunidad cripto, recordándonos el crecimiento y la evolución del Bitcoin.

Al llegar al lugar, hicimos nuestra entrada y recibimos algunos regalitos por parte de Hive y los organizadores. Nos instalamos y tuvimos la oportunidad de comer 2 pizzas, 1 refresco y 1 cervecita de entrada. Al lugar asistimos, como siempre, en compañía de mi amiga @crich23. También nos esperaban unos invitados de mi comunidad de Latin Trading. Tuve el placer de conocer a la queridísima amiga @helicreamarket, que es nueva en Hive y viene realizando un increíble avance en la web3 y la creación de contenido. Quiero enviar un saludo especial a @franchalad y @universoperdido, quienes también estuvieron en el evento. Fue un placer compartir con ustedes y disfrutar juntos de esta celebración.

Mientras nos acomodábamos y disfrutábamos del lugar, llegó el momento de comer pizza. Trajeron muchísimas por parte de la pizzería La Ferrari, pizzas muy deliciosas donde todos nos acomodamos para hacer la fila y retirar nuestra pizza. También tuvimos la oportunidad de escuchar la apertura de la mano de los amigos @viejaescuela y @soylaloreto, quienes anunciaron toda la organización y la conmemoración de este día tan importante para el ecosistema cripto.

Es fascinante pensar en cómo una simple transacción de pizza hace catorce años ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en un evento mundial que celebramos con entusiasmo. Cada año, este día nos recuerda no solo el valor de Bitcoin, sino también la comunidad y la innovación que han surgido a su alrededor.

En resumen, la pasamos muy bien. De verdad que debo agradecer a todos los participantes del evento. Pude conectar con todos y hacer networking con toda la comunidad. A pesar de que nos quedamos sin energía eléctrica por cosas que estamos viviendo en Venezuela, todos los presentes se quedaron hasta el final. Había sorteos y los dejaron para después. Afortunadamente, también recibí uno de los premios por parte de #MetaMerch, dirigida por @lunaticanto . Agradezco siempre poder compartir con toda la comunidad.

Today, as always, I share with you my participation in the Bitcoin Pizza Day in Valencia, organized by the Valencia crypto community and in collaboration with many sponsors. The appointment was at ZAVOO's NFT Club, a place where the atmosphere and decoration are magnificent.

For those who don't know the history, Bitcoin Pizza Day commemorates one of the earliest known Bitcoin business transactions. On May 22, 2010, Laszlo Hanyecz paid 10,000 bitcoins for two Papa John's pizzas. At the time, that amount of bitcoins was worth just a few dollars, but today it would be worth millions.

This anecdote has become an iconic date in the crypto community, reminding us of the growth and evolution of bitcoin.

Upon arriving at the venue, we made our entrance and received some goodies from Hive and the organizers. We settled in and had the opportunity to eat 2 pizzas, 1 soft drink and 1 beer as a starter. We attended the place, as always, in the company of my friend @crich23. We also had some guests from my Latin Trading community waiting for us. I had the pleasure of meeting my dear friend @helicreamarket, who is new to Hive and has been making incredible progress in web3 and content creation. I want to send a special shout out to @franchalad and @universoperdido, who were also at the event. It was a pleasure to share with you and enjoy this celebration together.

While we were settling in and enjoying the place, it was time for pizza. They brought lots and lots of delicious pizzas from La Ferrari pizzeria, and we all lined up to get our pizza. We also had the opportunity to hear the opening of the hand of friends @viejaescuela and @soylaloreto, who announced all the organization and the commemoration of this important day for the crypto ecosystem.

It is fascinating to think about how a simple pizza transaction fourteen years ago has evolved into a worldwide event that we celebrate with enthusiasm. Each year, this day reminds us not only of the value of Bitcoin, but also the community and innovation that has sprung up around it.

All in all, we had a great time. I really must thank all the participants of the event. I was able to connect with everyone and network with the entire community. Even though we ran out of power due to things we are experiencing in Venezuela, everyone who attended stayed until the end. There were raffles and they were left for later. Fortunately, I also received one of the prizes from #MetaMerch, led by @lunaticanto . I'm always grateful to be able to share with the whole community.
