Buenos días, hoy el mar amaneció en calma al igual que mi mente. Así quiero pasar el día: tranquila y meditando, claro, si los acontecimientos lo permiten. Aquí solo se respira paz y tranquilidad, la playa está preciosa y el cielo bien azul, casi sin nubes. El día perfecto para mí.
Mientras caminaba por la orilla, sentí que cada ola que llegaba a mis pies se llevaba un poco del cansancio y las preocupaciones. Esos instantes me recuerdan lo importante que es regalarse momentos de paz, disfrutar de la naturaleza y agradecer por todo lo bueno que tenemos.
Good morning, today the sea woke up calm, just like my mind. That’s how I want to spend the day: peaceful and meditating, of course, if circumstances allow it. Here, you can only breathe peace and tranquility. The beach looks beautiful and the sky is a deep blue, almost without clouds. The perfect day for me.
As I walked along the shore, I felt that each wave touching my feet carried away a little bit of my worries and tiredness. Those moments remind me how important it is to give ourselves time to relax, enjoy nature, and be grateful for all the good things we have.
