We are in the final stretch in the baking course and although the experience was not quite as I expected, I must admit that I did get some knowledge and there were also good moments worth remembering.
One of them was the class in which we learned how to make fondant. This class marked me because after several years in which I had tried to do it, I finally had the perfect recipe and the explanation to make it work wonderfully.
In this class we all made an effort to make our cakes the prettiest and it shows in the pictures.
We all gave our best and this is the result you see here. For our first time we made some very nice cakes.

Estamos en la recta final en el curso de repostería y a pesar de que la experiencia no fue del todo como yo esperaba, hay que reconocer que si obtuve algo de conocimiento y también existieron buenos momentos que vale la pena recordar.
Uno de ellos fue la clase en la que aprendimos a hacer fondant. Está clase me marcó porque luego de varios años en los que había probado hacerlo por fin tuve la receta perfecta y la explicación para que funcionara de maravilla.
En esta clase todas nos esforzamos por hacer de nuestros pasteles los más lindos y eso se nota en las fotos.
Todas dimos lo mejor de nosotras y esto que ven acá es el resultado. Para ser nuestra primera vez logramos unos pasteles muy lindos.
