El Día del Padre fue el domingo pasado y mi novia y yo decidimos sorprender a mi papá con una torta casera. Fuimos a visitarlo después del mediodía y estuvimos conversando con él, mi madre y mi hermano durante varias horas.
Father's Day was last Sunday and my girlfriend and I decided to surprise my dad with a homemade cake. We went to visit him after noon and talked with him, my mother and my brother for several hours.
Por la tarde llegó mi hermana con su familia y la reunión se prolongó hasta la noche, me alegró mucho ver a mi hermana, ya que hacía casi dos semanas que no la veía, y me impresionó lo grande que está mi sobrina, pasamos un día estupendo y aunque no teníamos nada planeado, la pasamos realmente bien.
In the afternoon my sister arrived with her family and the meeting lasted until the evening, I was very happy to see my sister, since I had not seen her for almost two weeks, and I was impressed by how grown up my niece is, we spent a day great and although we had nothing planned, we had a really good time.
