Feliz tarde anigis, este fin de semana vaya que ha sido bastante movido, ayer fue un día bastante ocupado y es que una de mis sobrinas cumplió 5 años y yo fui la encargada de realizar su torta de cumpleaños y ella quería una torta de dos pisos y el motivo de cumpleaños era de My little ponny y debí decir que quede encantada con el resultado final de su torta.
Happy afternoon Anigis, this weekend has been quite busy, yesterday was a very busy day and one of my nieces turned 5 years old and I was in charge of making her birthday cake and she wanted a two-story cake and the birthday theme was from My little ponny and I must say that I was delighted with the final result of her cake.
La torta fue una torta de vainilla rellena con arequipe. Coloque soportes en la torta de abajo para que resistiera el peso de la torta superior y luego realice el merengue italiano. Les cuento que mientras hacía el merengue italiano se me daño el termómetro digital que lo uso para medir la temperatura del almíbar. Pero a la final el merengue quedó súper bien y casi cubrí toda la torta de rosado y luego hice algunas rosetas en morado y amarillo. A la hora de colocar un polvo perlado el aplicador de daño pero aún así la torta quedó realmente hermosa y mi sobrina estaba muy feliz.
