¡Saludos y felices navidades a todos mis panas Hivers!
Aunque no ha terminado el año, y como preludio de las prácticas que quiero implementar el año que viene en mi vida, ayer me lancé a subir el volcán; uno de los cerros más bonitos de Caracas. Un paseo de montaña realmente agradable que disfruté de inicio a fin y que me llenó de muy buena energía, ya que me conectó nuevamente con esta práctica que siempre he disfrutado mucho y que este año por razones de trabajo fui dejando de lado.
La idea es que para este año 2024 retome este tipo de paseos los cuales disfruto mucho y me dan la oportunidad de compartir con mis amigos en un ambiente libre de estrés con un impacto positivo en mi salud física y mental.
Aproveché algunos momentos para tomar fotos del recorrido, su naturaleza, y a quienes me acompañaron… Alonso, Loreint, y Miguel, con quienes conversé de todo tipo de temas y contemplé un hermoso anochecer cargado de neblina.
Pronto volveré, así que si son de Caracas me pueden dejar su contacto para invitarlos y subir juntos.

Greetings and Merry Christmas to all my fellow Hivers!
Although the year is not over, and as a prelude to the practices I want to implement next year in my life, yesterday I went to climb the volcano; one of the most beautiful hills in Caracas. A really nice mountain walk that I enjoyed from start to finish and that filled me with very good energy, since it connected me again with this practice that I have always enjoyed very much and that this year for work reasons I was leaving aside.
The idea is that for this year 2024 I will resume this type of walks which I enjoy very much and give me the opportunity to share with my friends in a stress-free environment with a positive impact on my physical and mental health.
I took a few moments to take pictures of the tour, its nature and those who accompanied me… Alonso, Loreint, and Miguel, with whom I talked about all kinds of topics and contemplated a beautiful sunset full of fog.
