Hola, feliz día para todos. Hoy se celebra el Día Mundial de la Hamburguesa, y no podía pasarlo por alto, porque se trata de mi comida favorita. Me gustan muchas cosas, soy comelona por naturaleza, y me encanta cocinar y probar siempre platos diferentes, pero siempre vamos a tener un favorito, y en mi caso es la hamburguesa. Siempre voy a apostar a ella la mayoría de las veces cuando salgo, y ya he perfeccionado mis tips y recetas para una hamburguesa full deliciosa.
¿Cómo sería mi hamburguesa preferida? Con todo!! Soy fan de las cremas y salsas especiales para agregarle después que la sirven. Y por dentro, me encanta mezclar los sabores de las carnes en una sola pieza; pollo, carne molida, chuleta ahumada, y adicional a éstas, jamón, tocineta, queso amarillo, vegetales, huevo frito, y las salsas.
Algunas de estas hamburguesas que comparto, es de algunos sitios que he visitado y ya las había publicado tiempo atrás, pero las seleccioné por tratarse de un día especial. Otras, las he preparado yo en mi casa, o en la casa de familia y amigos. En los cumpleaños siempre apostamos por una buena hamburguesada, y cada quien se prepara la suya a su gusto.
Para cerrar este post, agrego la razón por la cual se celebra este día. Aunque la hamburguesa es originaria de Hamburgo, Alemania, el platillo consistía en un filete de carne entre dos tapas de pan. Fue en USA, donde se transformó este plato, agregándole otros ingredientes. Se dice que el 28 de mayo de 1900, un cocinero de un restaurante en Connecticut, preparó esta comida porque un cliente le pidió algo rápido. Fue entonces que se le ocurrió agregarle al pan, queso, jamón, tomate, y lechuga, aparte de la carne, y de esa manera surgió la hamburguesa que todos conocemos. Día de la Hamburguesa – TyC Sports

Some of these burgers that I share, are from some places that I have visited and I had already published them some time ago, but I selected them for a special day. Others, I have prepared them myself at home, or at the home of family and friends.On birthdays we always go for a good hamburger, and everyone prepares their own to their liking.
To close this post, I add the reason why this day is celebrated.
