Hi Sammy, thanks for visiting my blog. In this post, I talk about ergonomics, which is now studied in all work environments, without exception. Ergonomics (or human factors) is the discipline that designs workstations, equipment, interfaces, and methods, adapting them to human capabilities and limitations (physical, cognitive, organizational). In manufacturing technology, it means "designing work" to achieve high performance without increasing risk, fatigue, and injuries.
