Hi Sammy, thanks for your admiration. In this post, I talk about Taylorism and motivational theories. Without going into too much detail, I could summarize the two concepts as follows, explaining their purpose:
Taylorism: Increase productivity, reduce waste/variability, make costs and output predictable, facilitate training and control.
Motivational theories: Improve sustainable performance, quality, safety, collaboration, and retention; design consistent reward systems and roles.
