        Hi Sammy, and thank you for your kind words. The topic of this post concerns materials technologies, specifically two solid phases of iron: ferrite and austenite. Please note: These are phases, not alloys or different materials. Studying ferrite and austenite helps explain the mechanical behavior of steels and understand heat treatments.
