The information you shared is quite useful. Currently, I only play by renting cards each season. I roughly spend $5 on card rentals and $2 on Wild Pass. With that budget, I am enough to get Chaos edition level 8 summoners and play comfortably between Gold 1 and Diamond 2.

I'm not clear on how much it would cost to rent a competitive deck for Modern Ranked mode, but the rewards there are vastly superior to those in Wild mode. The problem is that, checking prices, level 4 summoners for Modern usually cost about the same as renting a level 8 Gold Foil from the Chaos set for Wild.

My question is: how hard is it to stay at Gold rank in Modern Ranked using level 4 summoners? Is the difference in deck power so noticeable that it's worth the extra expense, or with level 4 summoners can you compete well at that rank?

In the Modern Format I play with only one level 4 summoner (Akane) and I manage to play in the Gold I - Diamond III leagues.

In the Wild Format I have many top level summoners and many top level unit cards but with 70K SPS staked the seasonal results are close to breaking even.

SPS boost is crucial in Modern Format but especially in Wild Format

Io penso che survival mode è terrible come concepito ora.
Potevano semplicemente distribuire un energia specifica per survival in propozione alle carte possedute.
Cosi potevi usare sempre le carte migiori e quando vuoi invece di questo assurdo cooldown che ha stravolto come allocare le carte del deck.

Ciao e grazie del commento.
A me non dispiace il survival mode e secondo me va bene il meccanismo attuale del Survival mode perchè è una modalità completamente differente dagli altri due formati.
Con una barra dell'energia sarebbe stato un wild format con un collection power attivo e a quel punto non sarebbe stato necessario creare un nuovo formato.
Secondo me una modalità aggiuntiva ad altre modalità di gioco = dare la possibilità di scegliere tra più modalità di gioco lo considero sempre un elemento positivo anche se il Survival Mode potrebbe essere migliorato magari riducendo il cooldown quando è troppo lungo.
A me personalmente quello che proprio non piace è la combinazione Wild Format + presenza bots + rotazione wild cards dal Modern Format e non mi piace che nel Survival Mode ci siano i bots.

Non è necessario 2 format per le carte vecchie entrambe favorevoli ai bot.
"una bara di energia con collection power" avrebbe risolto lo stesso problema, dare utilità alle carte inutillizzate. Senza creare problemi secondari.
Inoltre avrebbe corretto un altro problema, io per comprare energia per giocare in bronze modern, deve pagare il prezzo di diamond wild. L'energia per i vari format vanno distinti.
