Hello @elias22. Apis Hive objective is to support users who are here with a long term view to grow on Hive, the program criteria are designed to do that. Currently you are powering down, have a KE of 2.48 and continue to send funds out which means your KE will not reduce.
We understand some users have a genuine need for funds and it is good that Hive can help. But Apis Hive need to stay true to our program objectives. If your situation improves in future and you are in a position to start growing your account on Hive for the long term, we would love to support you to do that
I have never had a problem making the daily claim.
As I wrote in the comment to jfang003 who encountered a problem similar to yours, If you haven't check-in-after-logged-in on Discord that might be the problem but I'm not sure.
