Hence the title of this paragraph, on the luck, or rather the jinx, that's sticking to us in an incredible way.
The trustee wants to ruin us
All the trustees we've had over the past decade have been more incompetent than the last, but this one is breaking all records.
He's setting up a working capital fund and charging us €258 PER MONTH ... I've never heard of such an amount for a working capital fund, let alone for a bare plot of land!
I phoned them, because we were in the presence of such incompetence, that we were unknown to their services, I had to send back my land register... And then we were represented as the proud owners of a house with a cellar and garden...
Despite the fact that they've acknowledged several failings, they insist we're all jointly liable and so the sum is due.
Except that I'm just unable to pay such a large sum every month.
So I phoned our solicitor to find out how legal it was, and she was amazed at the amount too... and we quickly agreed that selling the land would probably be the best solution.
She's going to call me back later today about this... Let's hope it won't cost us too much on the basic investment... And that it will take the wind out of the sails of this delusional syndic...

Il y a de cela presque 10 ans, j'avais acheté, avec mon épouse, un terrain pour nos vieux jours.
Le but était d'y planter notre petite maison enterrée selon un projet à 100.000€ accepté par toutes les parties y compris la ville.
C'était la naissance du projet du Bastion. Certains parmi vous s'en souviendront surement.
Les ennuis n'ont pas arrêté de s'accumuler depuis : problèmes avec le promoteur, augmentation du prix du devis à de multiples reprises, demandes d'avances, puis silence.
D'autres types de mésaventures et de tentatives d'arnaques et j'en passe, avec en prime la perte de nos emplois respectifs.
Nous en avions accepté les pertes et décidé de garder le terrain, pour le jour où la situation pouvait enfin aller mieux.
Mais là, nous n'avons plus le choix que de vendre...
Non seulement parce que Bouchez, et sa clique, a dans l'idée de nous supprimer nos revenus, et donc la vente serait forcée par le "CPAS", mais également parce que la situation vient encore de s'aggraver, mais si, avec nous c'est possible de s'aggraver encore un peu plus...
D'où le titre de ce paragraphe, sur la chance, ou plutôt sur la poisse qui nous colle d'une incroyable façon.
Le syndic veut nous ruiner
Tous les syndics qu'on a eu sur cette décennie se sont montrés plus incompétents que le précédent, mais celui-ci bat tous les records.
Il instaure un fond de roulement, et nous demande 248€ PAR MOIS ... Jamais je n'ai entendu un montant pareil pour un fond de roulement, mais encore moins pour un TERRAIN NU !
Je leur ai téléphoné, car nous sommes en présence d'une telle incompétence, que nous étions inconnus de leurs services, j'ai dû renvoyer mon registre du cadastre... Et ensuite, nous avons été représenté comme les heureux propriétaires d'un appartement avec cave et jardin ...
Malgré le fait qu'ils ont reconnu plusieurs manquements, ils insistent, nous sommes tous solidaires et donc la somme est due.
Sauf que je suis juste incapable de payer une telle somme chaque mois.
J'ai donc téléphoné à notre notaire, pour savoir à quel point c'était légal, la notaire a été fort étonnée du montant également...
Et nous sommes assez rapidement tombés d'accord que la vente du terrain serait très probablement la meilleure solution.
Elle va me rappeler dans la journée à ce sujet... Espérons que cela ne nous coûtera pas trop sur l'investissement de base... Et que cela coupera l'herbe sous le pied de ce syndic délirant.
Devoir vendre son terrain, à cause d'un fond de roulement ... Y en a-t-il encore pour dire que la (mal)chance n'a rien à voir dans l'histoire?
