Today we had a visit from Aunt Dominique and Florence's sister Sandra.
Dominique was visiting us for the first time, so we started with a tour of our living quarters.
Upstairs, the master bedroom, and the two children's bedrooms, gradually recycled into an office and gym. As well as the bathroom, with the fan that switches on automatically at 70% humidity, since it's finally well regulated.
On the ground floor, the living room, dining room, veranda and kitchen.
In the cellar, storage, and yours truly's streaming studio, as well as the garden that makes me sweat so much.
We sat down for coffee and a little chat before heading to the restaurant where we'd made a reservation. The first thing we did was check my sister-in-law's new tires, as her on-board computer was grumbling about them.
t the restaurant, Florence, as usual, had her schnitzel Florentine, the guests chose their meals, and I tried the Pizza Maradona, very good by the way.
For once, the waiter even brought us the digestif, limoncello for each guest.
During the meal, we talked about everything and anything, including politics, where I noticed that opinions are often very different from my own...
*Humor: people like to be wrong, apparently!
Then we went home for another round of coffee.
At 3.00 pm, the guests were already leaving, which made me feel a bit weird, but I hope they enjoyed their visit. For me, it freed up the afternoon, which I can't complain about, as it's very hot outside my studio...
It gave Florence and myself the rare opportunity to share a moment with Dominique away from her home...
We probably won't see her again until Christmas.

Aujourd'hui nous avons reçu la visite de Tante Dominique et de Sandra, la sœur de Florence.
Dominique venait pour la première fois chez nous, alors no a commencé par la visite de notre lieu d'habitation.
A l'étage,la chambre des maîtres, et les deux chambres enfants, petit à petit recyclées en bureau et salle de sport. Ainsi que la salle de bain avec le ventilateur qui s'enclenche automatiquement à 70% d'humidité, puisqu'il est finalement bien réglé.
Au rez de chaussée, le salon, la salle à manger la veranda et la cuisine.
A la cave, le rangement, et le studio de streaming de votre serviteur, ainsi que le jardin qui me fait tant transpirer.
On s'est assis pour prendre un café et un peu discuter avant d'aller rejoindre le restaurant où nous avions posé une réservation. En passant d'abord vérifier les nouveaux pneus de ma belle sœur puisqu son ordinateur de bord râlait sur ceux-ci.
Florence, comme d'habitude à pris son escalope florentine, les invités ont choisis leurs plats, et moi j'ai tenté la Pizza Maradona, très bonne soit dit en passant.
Pour une fois, le serveur nous a même apporté le digestif, limoncello pour chacun des convives.
Pendant le repars on a pas mal parlé de tout et de rien, y compris de politique où j'ai pu constater que les avis sont souvent fort divergeant du mien ...
Humour: les gens aiment avoir tord apparemment, mdr!
Puis nous sommes rentrés à la maison prendre une nouvelle tournée de café.
A 15h00, les invités étaient déjà sur le départ, cela m'a fait tout drôle, mais j'espère que leur visite leur a été agréable. Moi cela me libère l'après midi, je n'irai pas m'en plaindre, car il fait très chaud en dehors de mon studio justement...
Cela nous a permis à Florence et moi-même de pouvoir partager un moment avec Dominique, ailleurs que chez elle, ce qui est chose rare ...
Nous ne la reverrons probablement pas avant Noël.
