The book of Mathew 6 :33 is one that I feel we as believers have really overlooked, if not I don't think we would see believers struggling so much to get bye, I feel really don't understand the underlying factors to have the good life we desire, instead we go about chasing it our selves struggling really so much as if we can make it on our own.
Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and every other thing will be added, it's simple, as a matter of fact this is one of the initial scriptures that really got to me, back then I have thought about this, seeking first the kingdom of God and it's Rightousness, this scripture was the bedrock for my believing I became a believer is naive as I was then I just knew that if I follow this order I will become very wealthy and I would have all that I will want in life.
....."And Every OTHER THING WILL BE ADDED"
I was talking to my friends about this and I told them that God already had a wonderful life planned out for us, he knows all our needs and all that we will need to have a wonderful seamless, stress free life that's why he said in Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Jeremiah:29:11
This is real, for sure it's all laid down for us to walk-in to it, but then like the terms and conditions are as simple as it sounds, that we should seek first, making it a priority to go after God's kingdom and his righteousness, which if you ask me i would say is our true essence for living..
When God created man he gave man dominion over all the earth, he would often come to fellowship with man in the cool of the evening, he still desires that relationship with you, but you see how we are In today's life chasing after every other thing except God, and that's why we are all fi ding it difficult to make it out, cause we are doing it the wrong way,
Like a formula God laid out the procedures to getting all we need, for instance when a teacher gives a student some formula in solving a particular math problem if that student uses another formula for what is given he or she won't get the correct answer, but if the right formula is applied without stress the result will be so sure..
He's already told us without me you can do nothing... John 15:5c
So we need him to be able to do so much, Instead of struggling too much as if by our strength we can make it, that's why many failed and are frustrated in life meanwhile a simple routine has been laid out for us...
Every other thing will be added, so that means, all that we want, the good life we chase after the bible says it will be added to us, so while we are concern about God's kingdom he will naturally bring these other things we need to us without much struggle....
