In the Central Park Zoo, North Sumatra, there are many types of animals. On average, these animals are in giant cages. But there are also medium-sized cages.

For example, orangutans, these animals are in giant cages so that they can move more freely. While the monkeys are in medium-sized cages.

In addition, several types of birds are also in medium-sized cages. But for the cages a little longer upwards so that they are more free to fly.

There are several types of birds that I photographed, including several types of peacocks and eagles.

Seeing the caged animals, I felt a bit sad. They must be suffering because their movement is very limited. However, the zoo is also a place for science about fauna that the public should know about. In addition to being entertainment, the zoo is a kind of animal encyclopedia that we can see directly.

The photos above are a daily challenge #monomad curated by @monochromes, my work. Hope you like it.

I have never liked to see animals in cages, it is just what you mention, it generates a sense of sadness knowing that they will not know beyond bars. Even so, I must mention that they are beautiful and sad photographs that really transmit strong emotions.

Thank you for your feedback 😉
