Hello, my black and white community friends! This is my entry for the #monomad challenge. In a world full of color, black and white expresses a lot. I chose to post a monochromatic selfie picture of mine because I want to remind everyone that ourselves matter. It allows the subject to become a photographer itself and choosing how to frame herself/himself. These photos are captured also by me using a camera holder and a stand.
For many, self photos are act of self love. It expresses our identity also. It also remind us the beauty of itself. We need to have self confidence in front of the camera like in real life, self confidence is really important for us.
Technology nowadays are very helpful like cameras, smartphones and social media platform. Because of this, we can now have the chance to present ourselves in our own unique way. Taking selfies build self confidence and self awareness most especially to those people who got shy in front of the camera. Some struggle from shyness and scared of criticism. That is why I am posting this selfie picture to encourage everyone that you are beautiful in your own way. Self-acceptance and confidence is the key. Let us show our unique side personalities. We deserve to be appreciated. If you take selfie photos, do it with pride. Accept the image perfectly.
