Thank you! Place is in Italy, on a ridge on mountain called 'Croce Arcana pass', between Tuscany region and Emilia Romagna. There is a open sky museum with some cannons, referring to First World War. During winter there is sometimes a strong wind, and with under zero degree temperature and the humidity of near sea, there is this special ice formation.
