Warm greetings hivers, hope everyone is doing well today. Today's blog I would take the challenge " Let's go for a Walk". From Mondays to Fridays, early in the morning I should have taken a walk because I had to take my daughter to their school. I woke up early to prepare food around 5 o'clock in the morning. At 7 am we must be ready for school and sometimes were late because my one-year-old son wants to cuddle. From our house to school it will take 20 minutes to walk. I love taking my daughter to school because I lose weight in walking, so I am happy because it's good for my body and beneficial for my mind too.
Along the way there is a camote or sweet potato garden in our neighbor, this camote will be harvest soon and as a neighbor I can ask some, here in our place if you say you will buy crops or vegetables, they will say just take it, that's why I love my community.
That day is very cold that's why we're wearing jackets, and there were little raindrops.
When I went back home I stopover at a carenderia or restaurant to buy soup, but the soup not yet cooked, they had three dishes done.
I bought squash when I back home, this store is along the way. I will be going to steam the squash for the lunch of my baby boy.
Taking outdoors we can see the beauty of our surroundings; the fresh air that bumps into our face is very refreshing especially its natural. Also, the sunlight that gives us Vitamin D is very important to our health. Walking is the best form of exercise. Being surrounded by greenery and breath fresh air it would reduce our stress; it will bring peace of mind.
Thank you for your time reading my post. Till next time. I invite everyone to take a walk, it would increase our energy levels, reduce our anxiety and depression. Walking is simple and accessible. Happy walking hivers.
Thank you guys. Hope you enjoy reading. See you
