Hello Hivers, I hope you are doing great today. This is my entry for week 145: paint, sketch, or draw.
I drew this on February 2, and I want to share what’s behind this drawing with you. This drawing is of a half face with tears because it reflects my feelings at the time I drew it. Here is the reason why I draw: when I'm sad, the sadness and pain I feel can only be relieved by drawing. Sometimes I write, and sometimes I listen to music, as I don't have someone to share my feelings with. So I handle my sadness with paper and pen. When I have problems in life, the only ones who know are my pen and paper. Thus, drawing is a big help to me and my daily life; it relieves my pain.
This drawing I made is a reflection of our old house in the province, on our farm, near my grandmother's house, who also lives there. It's very quiet, far from many people. I drew this because I miss this place. This is quite a peaceful place. I drew this for myself. I used to draw this because this kind of living is what I want: a place where you can only hear birds singing, have fresh air, and also have trees near our home.
Growing up, I wasn't good at drawing, but I used to draw even though I wasn't good enough. I can draw, but it's not like the others who have a talent for drawing. However, I always draw because, for me, my drawings are beautiful and meaningful. So today, I would like to share some of my drawings; some of these have meaning in my life, and some of them have no meaning, they are just for fun. I always draw and write, especially when I'm sad, as I want to relieve my sadness. Not only does it help relieve my sadness, but I can also improve or enhance my skills to become a good painter or skilled at drawing.
All of the pictures were taken by me and drawn by me. The materials I used are only a ballpoint pen and white paper. The pictures were edited by Canva and were taken by me. I am happy that I can share with you my insights and output. Thank you for stopping by just to read my blog for this entry. I hope you're doing well. Thank you and God bless!
