Today I have a delicious menu that is my favorite and has health benefits to recommend. Today's first menu is stir-fried okra. In the past, I really didn't like eating okra. Why? Because when we boil okra, it becomes rubbery, sticky and slippery, which I don't like very much. But when I came here, I got to eat okra in a new way: dry fried. This stir-fried okra is therefore not rubbery and slippery, making you feel like you don't want to eat it.
The method for stir frying okra is very simple. It's not difficult at all. First, we stir-fry the dried shrimp, chop them into small pieces, then stir-fry them with garlic and mix together to create the salty, oily taste of the dried shrimp. After that, we add the okra and stir-fry until the okra is fragrant. Start cooking without adding water because it will make it rubbery and slippery. When the okra started to cook, we added salt and cooked it with a little soy sauce. Now we have a simple stir-fried okra dish to eat.
As for the second menu, it will be a Chinese food menu. This menu is made by my mother-in-law and has a fragrant smell like spices. It is a menu that we eat so often that sometimes I don't even want to eat it. I like to eat vegetables more than I eat meat, so I don't eat much from this menu except vegetables.
This dish will be my favorite dessert, which is sticky rice with sticky ripe jackfruit. Sweet and delicious jackfruit. I am a person who really likes to eat sweets. The other day, my sister got jackfruit and gave half to my child. I unwrapped it and put it in a box and thought that I had to eat something delicious, which is my favorite dish, coconut sticky rice. Normally, I eat it with ripe mango, but here mangoes are not very sweet. It's rare to find sweet mangoes, so ripe jackfruit is another option for eating sticky rice.
