Hello everyone.
This morning I had the opportunity to call back to my family in Thailand. To ask about the welfare of the family over there and how they are doing. It's been more than a year since I haven't gone back to visit my family in Thailand. But luckily I was able to see their faces smile and laugh together through video calls. This is a credit to technology that is becoming more and more modern these days. Today my father and mother went to farm at Suan Pa Sak. We do not own this farm, but we have a boss who is a large company who grows teak trees to sell. So he needed someone to take care of this teak plantation, which was approximately 100 rai in size. My father was also the caretaker of this teak plantation. Therefore, the teak forest area has gaps between the teak trees that have been planted. So the boss was kind enough to allow my father to farm in this teak plantation while taking care of his teak trees. My father mostly grew turmeric and corn. Because these plants have a short lifespan, they are suitable for harvesting and selling the products.
And after the harvest is finished and sold. It was time to burn the leaves of the teak trees and start preparing to plant crops again. Farmers will continue to do this every year, every year and every year. When I was a child, I would help my father work on the farm like this on weekends and during school holidays. In the area adjacent to the Pa Sak plantation, there are also other farmers, some of whom grow vegetables to sell at the Si Mum Muang market in Bangkok. Because here the soil and water are still fertile and the weather is quite good. Some of them do agriculture like my father. During this season everyone is starting to plant green beans. Which I asked my father to take a photo and send to me. While father traveled to work at the farm. I want to bring the atmosphere of my home and share it with friends to watch. I feel very homesick, missing the atmosphere there where I have lived since childhood. Seeing this atmosphere makes me think of the past and smile and laugh when I video call with my family.*
But because of my duties and my family here, I can only miss and see your faces through video calls. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to read my article and view the photos I shared today. I hope everyone will enjoy it.
Thank you for following and supporting me all the time.
Thank you so much.
