Harvesting a Papaya and Benefits Behind It | Rightafter Visited My Friends Mini-vegetable Garden

Hello friends, folk and fellow hiver, how are y'all there? and hoping it would be so fine. Today I want to share what are my activities and since backyard gardening is really part of my life, which I wanted to share today my harvest of a papaya fruit for viand purposes.

In my own research about papaya, a papaya fruit has really a lot of benefits for the body, it is a yellow-orange fruit with seeds. It is really rich of benefits that includes; lowering blood sugar, reducing inflammation and help to loss weight. Papaya contains high level of antioxidants, with vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin E.

Diets high in antioxidants and it may reduce the risk of heart disease, which the antioxidants prevent the oxidation of cholesterol when cholesterol oxidizes, hence, it is more likely to create blockages that lead to heart disease.

Afterwards, we were visited with my wife to our friends mini-backyard garden and so very inspiring because she had a lot of vegetables in her house and of course in different varities.

And also she wants us to give some seedlings of tomatoes inorder to plant at home because she has a lot of tomato seedlings in their house. Absolutely, in their house I was really amazed with their vegetable plants. Were it is so very healthy and really fresh because the soil was very rich of nutrients that the vegetables can get.

Which I have not wasted such time and I immediately ask a permission to capture it some photograph, with a selfie together with the vegetable plants, whether she want it or not (jokingly) well definitely, she agreed and she replied, yes of course take more pictures as many as you want.

I was really inspired to her mini-backyard garden because it is healthy leafy and fruit bearing vegetable plants, which she had a lot of kinds, likes, green finger pepper, spring onion, garlic, malabar spinach in two kinds (one is the purple and other is the green one), bitter gourd, horse raddish, squash, eggplant, cucumber, ladys finger, cabbage and many more.

A green leafy and fruit vegetables are really good to health because it was very rich of benefits, which this vegetables are such really needed and very important to our body which is a good source of vitamins. Proven that it is really fresh because it is came from the backyard and pure organic, no fertilizer and no pesticide applied And for health conscious people which its really fit eating healthy and fresh vegetables.

Infact, backyard gardening and planting was very helpful in some occasions, and an initiative in simple things like planting will really bring a big benefit. So that's all for today and see you on my next blog, till next!

If you plant you harvest it so great you dont need to buy a papaya you can eat and you can cook eat whenever you want
