How are you all, I wish you all happiness, prosperity, peace and good health to the great creator. All in all I wish you all a nice day. Today we have come to Amar Ekush Book Fair 2025. Welcome to the book fair. A new publication on the July 2025 mass uprising has come out around the unique history of Bangladesh. Along with that, more than 600 new books have been published here. Amar Ekushey Book Fair will usually be held from 1st January to 28th January. Also, stalls are open in this book fair from 11 am to 9 pm.
Three of us along with my daughter and my wife went to the book fair. I always welcome everyone on this endless and wonderful journey. Because here there is a collection of books as a source of education. Books are the main source of education in our life. Books play the most important role in our education. We try to remember especially the languages of books from the embrace of our hearts. By memorizing the text of the book, it is possible to have different experiences with different characters.
This location is usually in front of TSC intersection. Here I am trying to show the monument or statue of freedom fighters in front of all of you. This is usually the main road to enter Suhrawardy Udyan.
Books are being sold by setting up various stalls here. But compared to the beginning of this year, this year saw more than 700 stalls which are decorated with different designs and beautiful shapes. Stall employees are selling excellent sales. And the salesmen of different stalls are employed separately. But it was very enjoyable for me to buy books for my daughter here. Children usually buy ghost and fairy tale books here. But science books are selling well. But this time the price of books is much higher than before. But for my daughter I bought Magic Writer book with ABCD book. Even though he is three years and four months old, he loves to write. So I bought magic books to write in different languages including Bengali, English.
The first thing we did was grab a world map right after we entered the fair. These maps usually contain various information including the borders of different countries around the world. From this map we can draw some of our experiences.
Author Mohammad Zafar Iqbal and various other writers were present here. They have inspired the Bengali language of Bangladesh according to their beauty and sweetness through the publication of their delightful books. Books by Bangla News Academy, Vidyaprakash, Anyadhara, and other various publishing academies have been presented in this fair.
Here is usually an install of mojo gift offer. There is usually a chance to play Ludo. People are checking their fortunes by purchasing mojo through this Ludu game. I got a chance to play once by purchasing 250 grams of Mojo. But I tried to be victorious. But there are other stalls here which are beautifully decorated with various books.
Ice cream selling competition is going on with the arrangement of food in different stalls in a beautiful environment. Also, people usually enjoy having coffee here along with the pleasure of buying books. Usually Mark company has been selling various types of ice cream including milkshakes. But my daughter is having an ice cream eating competition when she sees the ice cream. But I can see that he has been feeling cold for some time now. So eating ice cream will not be very good for him. I don't know what to do when she cries. Finally I bought him a nice book. He was so engrossed in the book. Then he forgot about the ice cream. But the funny thing is that kids don't have to pay for what they want. . Instead, we parents can find another way. There are usually stalls selling ama coffee. Here different people are refreshing themselves by drinking coffee according to their needs.
The name of the book is "Some feelings" (Mir Hasmat Ullah) this novel book is amazing as it looks very beautiful yellow color always inspires me. There are wonderful feelings within it that can touch the horizon of the mind for a moment. I am always inspired to read this book which is mentioned with ephemeral beautiful language. But this book is very beautiful and elegant language the author presents his language through unique way of writing. I always pray to God for this skill.
Dream Hunter (Mirza Anwar Parvez) Dream is a dormant form of human life that humans experience through sleep. And jumps into dreams with some real life activities. That is exactly how some dreams are hunted in this book. The author presents the dream hunting through his use of great emotional language. But it's not something I don't dream about. Yes I dream and real life stories sometimes explode in my dreams. Sometimes good dreams sometimes turn into bad dreams. Come, we hunt dreams by reading books.
Here we all spent some time together amidst some joy. Enjoyed the joy of children along with the joy of buying books. Also enjoyed buying beautiful books with beautiful moments. Read the book and gained some idea about the book. I am very happy and inspired to share with all of you some of the beautiful moments of this book fair trip today. All in all I wish you all a nice day. We left in front of Bangladesh University to return home. Although today's travel is a great pleasure to spend some time together with loved ones.
