Here I have chopped all the ingredients of onion, green chilli and garlic well. Later I have cut them into nice size on a cutting board and kept them in a bowl. It is very easy to cook once all the ingredients are ready.

Here, first I washed the pan well and heated it. Then I added a sufficient amount of soybean oil. Then I added the onion and green chili ingredients to the pan and mixed them. Then I mixed it using the necessary spices including cumin, turmeric and salt. After it became light, I added the sweet pumpkin. Here I used the necessary hot spices. And I mixed it nicely.

Then I added two cups of water and mixed all the ingredients well.

Then, I covered it with a lid and mixed it well for ten minutes and then covered it again.

After exactly five minutes, I opened the lid again and saw that a lot of water had accumulated. Then I finished cooking by putting it on low heat for another five minutes.
