A beautiful vegetable dish is a part of daily life. Through which we can spend time with our family. This is one of the many recipes I have learned from my mother. Snake gourd is very easy to cook and can be cooked in a short time.

First, I gathered all the ingredients for cooking. Then I peeled the top of the snake gourd vegetables thoroughly with a knife. Then I cut them into small shapes from long size by cutting them with a knife.

Then I cut it in two and took out the seeds and fibers inside. The vegetable is cleaned. Let's move on to the next step.

Then I peeled the onion, green chilli, garlic and all the ingredients. I also cleaned them.

Next, I washed all the ingredients thoroughly with clean water.

Next, in this step, I cut the snake gourds into nice, thin slices.

Then I cut all the ingredients, including onion, green chili, and garlic, into nice sizes and placed them on a cutting board.

Then I added a sufficient amount of soybean oil to the pan. Then I added dried chilies and cumin seeds. Then I mixed the onion ingredients well. Then I mixed all the ingredients with turmeric salt and made it reddish. Then I added two eggs to the pan. And even better, I mixed all the ingredients to make them a beautiful color. Then I added the snake gourd vegetables to the pan.

Then I mixed it well, put a lid on the pan and added a little water. I mixed it well again, put a lid on it and kept it on low heat for 10-12 minutes.

Then I opened the lid and saw that the water had reduced and reduced the heat of the stove once again and took another five minutes.
