Necessary Materials
Tengra fish
Tomato paste

First step
First I cut the tengra fish and washed them with water.
Second step
Now I put a pan on the stove and put enough soybean oil in it. When the oil gets hot, I add onion and green chillies.
Third step
Then I added chili powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste and salt in it. I will use a bit more chili powder in this recipe than in other recipes because these types of recipes like jhal jhal.
Fourth step
Now I mix all these ingredients together well and fry well for some time.
Fifth step
Then I shook the pre-cut tengra fish well.
Sixth step
Now I put the tomato paste in it. Then stir the tomato paste and tengra fish well and fry for some more time.
Seventh step
Now I put enough water in it. Then I cooked it with a lid for some time.
Last step
After lifting the lid I saw that the water had dried up quite a bit, then I checked that everything was fine and then I took it off the stove.
