How are you all? I hope everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of God. Many of us love to eat lauk shak and many of us also like shrimp. These two foods are very popular especially in South Asian countries. Lauk shak is mainly available in our country during winter. Currently, it is winter in our country. Due to which the amount of lauk shak is quite high in the market and the different recipes of this lauk shak make us very happy. I sometimes try to make different recipes of lauk shak.
Yesterday I went to our neighboring market and from there I brought quite a lot of lauk shak. The ones I bought from the market cost me 60 taka. My little daughter loves to eat lauk shak very much. That is why I made this lauk shak with shrimp. Today I will show you how to make lauk shak with shrimp. I hope you will like this recipe of mine.
Ingredients
Gourd leaf
Potato
Shrimp
Tomato
Onion
Chilled pepper
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Garlic paste
Step - 1
First, I carefully examined the gourd leaf and cut it. Then I peeled the data and cut it into small pieces. I separated the hard ones. Then I peeled the potatoes and cut the potatoes into pieces.

In a pan, I heated some oil. Then I fried some chopped onion and chopped chili there. I had cut these in advance little by little so that I could give them on time.

Then I took my shrimps. Then I washed them well. Then I put some shrimps in the pan. Then I mixed everything well again and fried the prawns.

Then I added a quantity of salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Then I added a quantity of garlic paste. I mixed everything well and sautéed the spices for a while.

Then I cut a tomato into small pieces and added it there. Then I mixed everything again and sautéed it for a while.

Now I added the chopped potatoes and hard dates. Then I mixed everything well again.
Step - 7
Then I added a quantity of water. When these are slightly cooked, I will add the vegetables.

When everything is cooked well, I will remove it from the stove. Then I took them out on a plate and served them to you. Then I took a picture.
