Polaro rice
Large shrimp
Sour yogurt
Chopped onion
Green chili
Tomato
Bay leaf

First, I heated some oil in a pan. Now I put the cleaned and chopped shrimps in it.

Then I added some salt and chili powder to the shrimps.

Then I mixed everything well and fried the shrimps. Then I took out the shrimps.

Now I fried some chopped onion in that oil. Then I added some chopped tomato there.

Then I added some salt. If you add salt, the onion will fry faster. Along with this, I added bay leaves, cinnamon and cardamom. Then I stirred it well.

Then I added cumin powder and chili powder.

In this way, I added all the spices one by one. Then I added ginger paste and garlic paste. Then I added some almonds.

Now I mixed all the spices well, stirred them and fried them. Then I added some sour curd.

Then I stirred everything well again.Now I put the fried shrimps back in there. I mixed all the spices with the shrimps and stirred them well. Then I added some green chilies.

In this way, I cooked the shrimps for a while.Now I removed the shrimps from the pan and set them aside.

Now I mixed the cooked spices with the pulao rice and stirred them well.

Then I added the required amount of water. When the water dries up a little and the rice is cooked a little, then I put the shrimps back in there.

Now I will cook it for a while more until the water dries up. Thus, the recipe is ready.
