I've had my time in the spotlight, but now I feel it's best to pass the responsibilities on to the younger generation. Dealing with proposals and managing people has become exhausting. It's interesting to note that even the CEO, who happens to be the owner, often expresses dissatisfaction with her job. I believe I should step away from the limelight. πππ
