Today, I’ll be sharing one of my daily routines because I find it meaningful and beneficial for our health. As the saying goes, “Health is Wealth,” and I truly believe in that.
Physical fitness is the ability to perform daily tasks and activities without excessive fatigue. One of its key benefits is reducing the risk of heart disease. Staying physically active helps us complete our daily tasks efficiently while maintaining overall health and well-being.
Way back in my elementary days, I used to walk nearly two kilometers to school every day. This routine continued until my senior high school years. Walking for an hour until I break a sweat has become a part of my daily life. It has served as my form of exercise, and I’m grateful to God for those elementary school experiences, as they shaped my current routine. I find walking satisfying and refreshing. Whenever I feel exhausted or tempted to stay in bed all day, my best solution is simple: “Just go for a walk.” It instantly revitalizes my body, shakes off laziness, and brings back my energy.
I’m so glad that, at a young age, I discovered the importance of maintaining a healthy body. I’ve heard from many people that taking care of your health early on is much better than waiting until you’re 60. I feel lucky to have found reasons and motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Walking has also become my preference over taking a motorcycle. Nowadays, motorcycle fares are quite expensive, so instead of spending money on transportation, I choose to save it and just walk.
As I began my journey, I started to appreciate nature even more. Seeing the beautiful rice fields at sunrise, as well as the vast ocean illuminated by the rising sun, brings me comfort and motivates me to keep going despite life's challenges and struggles.
Walking has become a part of my routine, and whenever I fail to maintain it, my body longs for it, reminding me to stay consistent in my journey toward a healthy lifestyle.
Just want to share this beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It was quite hot, yet the fresh breeze made it feel so refreshing. Watching the golden sun rise over the calm waves was such a peaceful and awe-inspiring moment—one of those simple joys that make life feel magical. 🌅✨
Walking has not only kept me physically active but has also allowed me to appreciate the beauty of nature and find peace in life’s simple moments. It’s a habit I cherish and one that reminds me to stay consistent in my journey toward a healthier and happier life. So, if you ever feel tired or unmotivated, just take a walk—you might be surprised by the energy and inspiration it brings!
