Hello everyone...
Last Friday we've been at the Law Firm Office for a POA(Power of Attorney) certificate for the house and lot of my friend Myra. Then she ask me a favor to be a witness, it same last few years ago also. I'm always the witness lol. Necel need to finished the papers before Myra will go back to Japan.
It takes few minutes only then the secretary let us signed and that's it. After that Myra wants some halo halo because it's so hot that hour. So Necel suggest the Uncle Mac's rice toppings and they had a delicious menu ever. I've been there many times already.

Myra was so excited to try the halo Halo at Uncle Mac's so Necel ordered immediately as we arrived at the cafe. Then they ask me what I want, so I ordered some siomai. While were waiting our orders we started our chitchat about the next destination. It's all about the next beach, Necel just recommend the Josefina beach resort but their brother Zandro suggest the Monkey beach resort.
Then suddenly our orders been arrived so we take our chance to grab the opportunity to eat the yummy halo halo in our town. Myra said "wow so delicious and the sweetness is satisfying" then she try also the siomai and as expected she loved it. I know the taste of their homemade siomai.

Apparently while we're eating, Myra got the attention of the menu then she want some Chao fan, it's made of rice with some toppings such as pork, beef and chicken. The Uncle Mac's is like Chowking but suddenly we don't have that in our place. So Necel ordered some Chao fan but it's only for us because Necel is so full already hahaha.
I was laughing because the desserts come first before the true meal, the power of Chao fan. Myra is a food lover and despite of that she maintain her body figure. Not so chubby ever. It takes few minutes only then our beloved Chao fan been served to our humble table. So it's round 2 hahaha. Myra was smiling while eating then she said the meat was so tender and the taste was so good. Happy tummy again and again hahaha.
