Whenever there are festivals balloon vendors are always present and whatever occasions may be.
My husband's day off last week was Thursday and Friday but we occupied those two days hectically.
From Thursday we went out for groceries and at the evening we went to the wake of his brother-in-law and stayed there almost 8 hours.
We only hired grab car back and forth and to avoid hassle from the busy streets because of the Dinagyang Festival.
We were at home at 1am already and thinking for the next day we will have our laundry from the laundry hub.
When laying in bed thinking I will postpone our laundry but holding back too because our schedule will be ruined.
So I stick with our plan to have laundry in the next day good thing there's no customer and we were the first customer on that day. And from my mind good vibes were at our midst.
And here I am again on the afternoon I'm holding back it's whether to go to the festival or not. Because I felt so tired and sleepy but cannot sleep because I'm excited for later in the festival. But the highlights are Saturday and Sunday. We only went out that Friday for Ilomination night parade whereas the parade of different tribes with lights from there costumes and that's why it was placed in the evening.
So I've decided to went to the festival and the transportation jeepney can't reached our real destination so we walked early from the destination point.
The streets were clear from vehicles and it was already closed people were walking to their respective locations. It's fun to walked because it's not that hot, the time there was 5 o'clock pm already.
And from that road I photograph the balloon vendor.
We walked until Festive Walk Mall.
From Festive Walk parade already.
Then we dine to KFC.
And it was that fully occupied good thing we had the chance to had our seats.
We stroll a bit from the Festive Walk Mall and had to rest for awhile.
Then it was the parade of lights. But I'm a little disappointed because there were no special tribes and it was more with the parade of the sponsors. But still I enjoyed the night.
The photos I captured from the parade of lights there were only a few, then I told my husband we will exit. We stroll a bit and went home And there were many people who wants to witnessed too the festival. My expectations didn't met the reality but I'm okay. I still feel the vibes in me. Thank you for dropping by and reading my article. Hope you have a great day and whatever plans you have will be achieved by the end of the day.
