Fifteen years and still going strong, that’s no small feat. I agree with what you said, understanding your students is the key. When they feel seen and supported, they thrive and clearly, you’re creating that kind of environment.🤗
Teaching is making me feel young I guess haha..I just hope I still have the same vibe when I reach 20 or 25 years in service haha..
I’m sure with your passion and dedication, you’ll still have that same spark even after 25 years in the service.😍
But with the kind of kids today, there are times I feel so useless.I get drained mentally and emotionally..If they are still willing to learn or they just come to school physically for the sake of going to school..So i always remind them to always remember their purpose.
Don’t ever doubt your impact, even on the days when it feels exhausting. Your care and patience are making a difference, even if it’s not always visible right away.
