Hello, @justinparke. It's quite acceptable to get compensation yourself. Engaging and upvoting each member on a daily basis is not a joke. I understand your situation. As a member of this community, I am quite appreciative. You and your family are really generous to all of us here. Your job in this community is tedious. I have no objections to this. I'm looking forward to future contests. 🥰 I cherish being in this incredible community. Although I wanted to assist you with these responsibilities, my position at the magz is really demanding as I also serve two bosses. I collaborate with the company's COO on the magz and with the CEO as an internet shopper.
They sponsored my son when he was alive. I am grateful to them for giving me this job in their family firm. By the way, you have done an excellent job in the community, and I am grateful and happy, particularly for your consoling words when I lost my son. I've returned home from the hospital. Thank you for your kind words my friend. You are a big part of why I enjoy my job so much. I was quite happy not to take an income from this several years, mostly because I liked seeing all the people and families that ASEAN Hive helps, as well as wanting to initially reinvest everything to help the community grow.

I feel now that we've reached a sustainable amount of collective HP that ASEAN Hive work can be considered a legit job. I'd love to train someone as my substitute community manager, likely someone that will be living with us soon, and then family roadtrips and travel would be much easier. Until then it's a 7 day a week job, but I am happy to do it, and now with this income I don't have to feel pressure to try and also get a blog post out every day to earn some income.

You are a busy woman, I totally understand, but I am thankful you make time for ASEAN Hive when you can. My heart goes out to you for your son, a loss like that is unimaginable for me. You're strong, have an incredible will, and are quite talented too, and we're lucky to have you as a community member.

Sorry for the late reply @justinparke. Your remarks have touched my heart. You have a caring spirit. I consider myself extremely fortunate to be part of this community. I feel right at home here, and I'm surrounded by people who support me. What else can I ask for?❤️🌷

By the way, I can recommend two people (you can select between the two) as Community Managers, but I need to ask him/her if he/she can stay in your country. Isn't it feasible that he or she may work for you online rather than at your place of residence? They are experienced in community management, having previously served as ambassadors on two platforms.☺️😍

Thank you my friend, my pleasure. I appreciate the offer, and I will keep that in mind. I do have a friend from the UK moving here this summer, and he is willing to help with our restaurant/homestay business, and perhaps even a little ASEAN Hive stuff too. I'll wait and see as we've already kind of made him an offer with housing, food, and a modest salary to start.
