Hello Asean Hive Community, hello everyone, here I am again just to share something amazing performance of Grade 10 students including my son. And I can say that all effort had paid off after so many sleepless nights, tiring days and busy days.

This is the Grade-10 Section Dauntless taking picture before the performance. They call their team as "Growling Dauntless" under the advisory of Ms. Camila Adalid. This event was their "MAPEH Day" under subject teacher Ms. Almera Cabansay. There were Five (5) Section performed cheerdance.

Students on this generation is not easy, they were always busy because they have lot of activities and performance tasks to be perform for their respective subjects. During our time, we don't have this activities, as we are focusing more on academic and as I observed today every subject has an activity to perform.

And of course as a mother I'm his support system, including his small brother and sister. As parent we ahould always support our children especially when it comes to school activities. As we all know that they get their strength and confidence from us their family.

This was during their performance and definitely it really awesome performance worth to wait and witnessed. But behind this all before it come up to this, they are really busy on their practiced and in preparing props like pompoms and banners. And of course expenses in the other side because this will bot become successful without money as they èand be ready for the activities.

It was indeed a beautiful performance with a twist. This all for today and I hope that everyone would love and enjoy reading my writing.

In our time, there are numerous academic and extracurricular activities available, such as scouting, home economics, agriculture, carpentry, and dancing field demos, similar to what your child is participating in. We are very busy at school since our teachers have an annual seminar, and students are also assisting teachers in preparing visual aids for the presentation. We also do our gardening. As far as I can tell, the school curriculum is bringing back what is beneficial to both the physical and psychological well-being of students. By the way, I am a baby boomer, thus I am talking about my experience as a student at the time.💕🌷

Maybe we have different because I'm studying at our province but we are in the same school with my son. We have before, reporting, gardening, cooking art but not not like today that they really have a formal program in all subject.Like for example Araling Panlipunan they have a contest of Indigenous People, and also a dance contest of Indigenous. They bring back the history but I'm happy because it can develop their confidence most specifically when they were in college coz they already experienced it during Junior High. They also have film making today like El Filibusterismo and in English. Every week they have activities. Maybe because they are in new generation and high technology.

When I was in grade school, I also attended classes in the province. Yes, we have History or Araling Panlipunan. During my stay there, I was the lead dancer in one of the Indigenous Peoples' dances, and we competed against another provincial school. I also played the iBang Bayan. We have filmmaking about Philippine History and the like. But the usual is the stage plays which I enjoyed so much. Memorizing my lines for the play. This is during the late President Ferdinand E. Marcos, Sr. era. I had all of those experiences during my time in primary school days, and I am grateful that I was fortunate to be exposed to such activities at such a young age. That is why I am happy that they are reviving the old days.💕

Totally agree 👍

I was really shy to join an extracurricular activities during my elementary and highschool days so my grades were low when it comes to activities. I didn’t like MAPeh because it has many sports activities, dance and exercises. But now that I’m older, I realized that I had a lack of recreations and calisthenics on childhood.

Yeah, you should do what you can do during childhood because when you become old, you will regret and realized that if I could go back the time i will do it because we just comes once as a childhood. I participate during my time but it just not like during this time that they have lot of activities.

Thanks for posting in the ASEAN Hive Community.
