Wow! Congratulations on being our new VIP member here in Aseanhive.
I have never tasted a curry leaf before well probably because here in the Philippines we just use the curry powder and I haven't seen curry leaves sold in our markets even in the supermarkets, well, maybe there is but because I don't use them so I wouldn't even know... Haha. That just aroused my taste buds because even our admin @justinparke says he's also using it in their dishes. I would love to taste this dishes in the future.

Curry leaves aren't a very common ingredient in SE Asia, seemingly only used in places that had Hindu or Indian influence historically. They are so flavorful and complex that even when using only curry leaves, dishes taste like they contain several spices. Thanks for stopping by with a kind congratulations for this gentleman.
