Oooooo! Two hours left to go before this challenge draws to a close, I am just in the nick of time with a little allowance. Thank goodness!
Heya @everyone! How's your Monday doing? Hope you're not having a manic Monday but the opposite instead. For me? well, still grilling outside. No sign of rain just yet. Usually during the first week of May we already experience some rains but for now the heavens are not crying yet, probably enjoying the heat of the summer and our heavenly hosts are petitioning to their big boss to extend a little while longer so they can still have their partey partey!! Hahaha!
Well, not good for us mortals though!😄
Anyways, so much for the Segway. I love the theme for this week which is about #Sunrises and #sunsets. I have seen some of our fellow aseanhivers posts already and oh my! All of them are amazingly and gloriously beautiful! I bet our admin @justinparke will have a hard time judging who the winners will be for everyone have their own beautiful showcases of sunrises and sunsets. Good luck dearest admin, hope this week's challenge won't leave you having big eye bugs or those big dark circles around the eyes like that of a zombie!😅
Ok, enough with the jokes already Joie, Hahaha. You go down to business already! Or you'll miss the challenge!
So here are my own array of our glorious heavenly beauties!
First stop is a calming and rejuvenating sunrise that we had when hubby and I visited my sister and her family at Morong, Bataan last year. We went camping and slept overnight at our pickup truck as our tent.
We were awake since 3 am because it was a bit hot that day, there wasn't any wind so hubby and I decided to stroll along the shoreline up until we saw the glorious sunrise!
Next in line is another beautiful sunrise taken at TPLEX or the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway during our travel to Baguio to visit our son studying in one of the University's there. I told hubby to make a pit stop just so I can take a snap of this breath taking sunrise.
Here's another amazing sunrise I snapped when we were in Masinloc, Zambales for an overnight at our friend's farm. Actually, I woke up so early just so I can see the sunrise, well actually our friend's natural alarm clock called rooster was the one who woke me up. Glad he did or else I would have missed this amazing wonder.
Now, it's time for our Sunsets!
First on the queue is this lavender sunset. Snapped this just by NLEX of the North Luzon Expressway when we brought my Sister-in-law to Clark International airport bound for Iowa, USA. She came and visited us Novemner of last year just so she can spend time with my mother-in-law just before her passing.
While we were at the airport, I happen to snap the heavens just before we were on our way to NLEX for the photo above.
Next on the queue were taken at the memorial park, a big wide garden which always gives me amazing photos of the sunset. These were taken on two different dates.
This first one was October 29th of last year.
This one, October 30th of last year.
While this one was taken on the 31st of October last year, just days before the All Souls Day celebration.
These two photos were again snapped at the memorial park while we were visiting my father-in-law's grave which we always do with my mother-in-law still alive. These I snapped June last year, a few months back before her hospitalization last October. I really love this photo and i am glad I was able to take this shot which gives me tears while typing this post.
My last one, well I have lots of photos of sunsets but time is ticking need to send this ASAP.
The Sunset from Subic Bay. Hubby and I were driving along Argonaut hi-way when I saw this amazing and breath taking sunset, just gives me that sense of bliss while looking at it.
Brings utter peace, joy and love directly to my core, to my heart and soul.
All you have to do is just utter words of thanksgiving to the most high who never fails to make us all feel loved and blessed.
So, there you have folks, hope you were mesmerized by the glorious and wonderful works of the divine.
These are my entry to #Aseanhive #communitychallenge #108 #sunrisesandsunsets hosted by our dashing bebonair admin @justinparke.
Thank you for dropping by and for your continued support. All the best to us all.
Ta ta for now!
