I'm not really at my best today, last night I woke up shaking and really, really cold. When I check my neck, it's a bit hot ( ꈍᴗꈍ), I had a fever. I also feel weak, and seriously, it's not the best feeling ┐(￣ヘ￣)┌. I just had a late snack last night so that I can drink medicine for my fever. I also changed my clothes because I was really cold, I had to change them into a thicker fabric.
Thankfully, my fever subsided, and I was able to go back to sleep at 1am. When I wake at 4 am, I feel a bit better, but then after having our lunch today, I feel my body heat rising again. So I had to take a medicine again, and I feel a bit better again after that. I really hate it when I'm sick. The change of weather, I think, is the reason for this cold.
Anyways, I take that time to go outside to have a walk in the backyard. I really need it because I want to feel the heat from Mr. Sunny on my body. Unfortunately, Mr. Sunny's hiding when I really need it. When I'm cold, I often go to the backyard where the Atis Tree was because when Mr. Sunny's blasting its might, it can reach it, and it's not too hot if I take shelter under the Atis Tree. That spot's the best!
And during my walk, Mama's cat was just nearby, so when I saw her, I couldn't help but take some snaps. I mean, she's too pretty to be ignored, right? Sarah really looks so elegant. How can she have this strong aura of elegance and beauty? And would you believe that she never really looked for a man in her whole life? She never got pregnant. Maybe she is a tomboy? very different from her momma cat.
Mama is actually thankful that she's like that. At least she doesn't leave home and only stays at the backyard or in her room near her. If only Ikay and Wiswis were just like Sarah. These two sometimes disappear for 1 to 2 days when no male cat visits them. They're the ones who'll look for a male cat, just so they can cure the itch of their arghh, lol. Anyways, please say hello to Sarah (ʘᴗʘ✿).
So here's a pretty Santa for you all. I always take a photo of this flower on top where its front view can be emphasized, but this time I took it from a different angle. I like this angle more because of the green background from the tree, which I think added its own natural beauty to the main subject. What do you guys think? Let me also share the new plant in Mom's little garden. It's a hot pepper, and I had taken the first two photos on January 23, and today here it is, in full bloom, with beautiful white flowers. I guess we can expect some chili in here soon. I'm not sure why Mama decided to plant this when she doesn't even like spicy foods, lol. But its leaves are really good when you put it in Chicken Tinola.
And here's more, this is not ours, though. It is the plant that the old woman downstairs is taking care of. It is in full bloom too, and it is so cool that it is already bearing its fruit. It is a bitter gourd, by the way, with its beautiful yellow flowers. She has more of this planted near their kitchen.
It's really good to have these plants in the garden. Now that they are in full bloom, it makes our backyard look more beautiful and really peaceful (｡♡‿♡｡). My walk here actually made me feel great. Nature really has that amazing healing effect on a person. I just hope I won't experience another fever later. Although I have medicine ready with me, I still prefer it if I don't have to take it. Like, no more please. ಥ‿ಥ.
