Hello my dear Hivers of the @hivegarden community. I hope you're all well and safe.
Yesterday, my mother and I went on picking some dead leaves from the flowers. My mom also saw some flowers needing some replanting.
While she was replanting, I was roaming the garden looking for flowers to be put on a vase for the altar.
I saw the white lilies blooming so purely. They have grown beautifully. The flower got more flowers this month. Only, the white lilies in the front were eaten by the goats. Sometimes even the ducks chew on it. There could be more flowers of it if they were not eaten by our animals.
I moved forward looking for more flowers to add in my collection for the vase I would fill. I came across the anahaw leaf which was wilting due to constant rain these past few days. They looked so beautiful back then.
On the side I saw some red roses standing proudly. It's so fragrant when I got near it. There are also more flowers than the other month.
So I went on and picked some. A combination of white and red flowers might be a good combination. That's what I had in mind. To which my mother agreed.
I also added some green leafy flower to enhance the arrangement. It will make white and red glow more. I don't know if they find it beautiful but I'm contented with my output.
I know it's not the best, not even close to a beautiful flower arrangement, but I'm happy I could make some for the altar.
Freshly picked flowers are so beautiful and inviting. Hopefully they last longer with the water in the vase.
Thank you for reading this far. Til my next post!
